Welcome to the wonderful world of Wicstun Distillery, where pure science and artisan creativity produce gin, rum, and vodka with the perfect balance of flavours for the most delicious drinking experience.
WHERE YORKSHIRE HERITAGE MEETS CRAFT DISTILLING
We make everything in small batches in our independent family-run distillery on the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds. Our flavours are inspired by the gentle rolling countryside and rich medieval history of the market town of Market Weighton where we are based.
All of our Gins & Vodkas are developed, distilled, and bottled in Market Weighton by hand, a true Yorkshire Distillery that produces Yorkshire Gin, Rum and vodka, which are vegan.
FROM AROMATIC GINS TO RICH, SPICED RUMS
We produce Aromatic Gin, which is full of flavour, from botanicals such as Cardamom and Coriander to Fruity Gins, such as our Pink Gin made using strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries.
Our Rums are made using Caribbean White Rum, which we have infused with a selection of flavours to give rich, dark rums full of flavour.
Clear favourites are our Pink Gin and Caribbean Spiced Dark Rum.

Our founder — or Head Distiller — Jago brings a lifelong passion for science and flavour to Wicstun Distillery. His creativity and commitment to quality shape every small-batch spirit we produce.
From early experiments with moonshine in his boarding school dorm, Jago went on to open the first licensed craft distillery in his home town, turning a hobby into a true Yorkshire success story.
Today, he oversees our spirits and hosts our sell-out distillery tours, giving visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the craft and character of Wicstun Distillery.

Wowzer! There’s nothing like a WICSTUN’s Toffee vodka to get the Kitchen Disco going. Once opened, it seems to go down rather quickly in my house. Like a wonderful dessert and alcohol combo. Keep distilling, WICSTUN’s!
