RUM COCKTAIL RECIPES
Here is a selection of cocktails using both white rum and dark rum. Our Caribbean Dark Rum, Caribbean Honey Rum, Chocolate Rum and Dark Spiced Rum are both ideal for making Cocktails with Dark Rum.

Barware required for making cocktails
- Cocktail Shaker: For mixing and shaking cocktails.
- Jigger: To measure precise amounts of ingredients.
- Strainer: To strain out ice or pulp from the cocktail.
- Mixing glass: If you prefer stirring your cocktails.
- Muddler: Used for crushing ingredients like mint leaves or fruit.
- Cocktail glasses: Choose the appropriate glassware for your cocktail type.

Dark & Stormy
- 3-4 oz ginger beer
- 2 oz Wicstun Caribbean Dark Rum
- Half a lime
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
- Squeeze the lime juice into the glass.
- Pour the dark rum over the ice and lime juice.
- Top it off with ginger beer.
- Stir gently and enjoy the refreshing combination of flavors!

Honey Rum Cocktail Rum Old Fashioned
- 2 oz Wicstun Distillery Caribbean Honey Rum
- 1 sugar cube
- 2 dashes of aromatic bitters
- Orange peel
- Ice
Instructions
- Muddle the sugar cube and bitters in an old-fashioned glass.
- Add ice and pour the Caribbean Honey Rum over the ice.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
- Express the orange peel over the glass, run it along the rim, and drop it into the drink for a citrusy aroma.

Rum Old Fashioned
- 50ml Dark Rum
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- few dashes of orange bitters
- ice
- strip of orange peel to garnish
Instructions
- Put half the rum, the sugar syrup and bitters in a mixing glass or jug.
- Add three ice cubes and stir slowly with a mixing spoon until the outside of the glass feels cold.
- Add the rest of the rum and a few more ice cubes, then stir to combine.
- Strain the drink into an ice-filled tumbler and garnish with a strip of orange peel.

Chocolate Rum & Coke
- 50ml Dark Chocolate Rum
- Coke / Cola
- Ice
- Strip of lime
Instructions
- Put the ice in the glass
- Pour over the dark chocolate rum
- Add your preferred amount of coke
- Garnish with a slice of lime

Rum Runner
- 1 oz Dark rum
- 1 oz banana liqueur
- 1/2 oz blackberry liqueur
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 ounce grenadine
- Garnish: brandied cherry
- Garnish: pineapple wedge
Instructions
- Add the dark rum, banana liqueur, blackberry liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice and grenadine into a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. - Garnish with a skewered brandied cherry and pineapple wedge.

Rum Espresso Martini
- 25ml Wicstun Dark Rum Rum
- 25ml Coffee Liqueur
- 25 ml Espresso
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 3 pieces of Coffee Beans
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice cubes
- Add Wicstun Dark Rum, coffee liqueur, espresso and sugar syrup to a shaker
- Shake until cold
- Strain into a martini glass
- Garnish with coffee beans

DAIQUIRI
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Lime wedge (for garnish)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice cubes to a shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and savor this classic rum cocktail!

PIÑA COLADA
- 2 oz white rum
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut cream
- Pineapple wedge (for garnish)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy this tropical delight!
