NEGRONI
The Negroni is a cocktail made of equal parts gin, vermouth rosso, and Campari, generally served on the rocks and commonly garnished with an orange slice or orange peel. It is considered an apéritif.
- 30ml of Wicstun Dry gin
- 30ml of Campari
- 30ml of sweet vermouth
- Orange twist for garnish
- Ice

SINGAPORE SLING
The Singapore sling is a gin-based sling cocktail from Singapore. This long drink was developed in 1915 by Ngiam Tong Boon, a bartender at the Long Bar in Raffles Hotel, Singapore. It was initially called the gin sling.
- 45ml Wicstun Dry gin
- 15ml cherry liqueur
- 15ml Cointreau
- 120ml pineapple juice
- 15ml lime juice
- Dash of grenadine
- Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish
- Ice cubes

Tom Collins
The Tom Collins is a cocktail made from gin, lemon juice, sugar, and carbonated water. First memorialized in writing in 1876 by Jerry Thomas, "the father of American mixology", this "gin and sparkling lemonade" drink is typically served in a Collins glass over ice with a cherry garnish.
- 60ml Wicstun Dry gin
- 30ml lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- Club soda (Sode Water)
- Lemon slice and cherry for garnish
- Ice cubes

Rose Spritz
- 50 ml Wicstun Aromatic Dry Gin
- 25 ml MARTINI Rosato vermouth
- 100 ml Premium tonic water or Elderflower tonic (chilled)
- 2 Fresh orange wedges
Instructions
- Gently squeeze a fresh orange wedge into a balloon glass then drop it in
- Add Wicstun Aromatic Gin & MARTINI Rosato vermouth and swirl the glass to infuse the flavours
- Fill the glass to the top with cubed ice and top with chilled tonic water or elderflower tonic
- Gently stir to combine and then garnish with a wedge of fresh orange

Dry Martini Cocktail
- 25 ml of Wicstun Dry Gin
- 25 ml of Dry Vermouth
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Olive
- Lemon peel
- Ice
Instructions
- Add the gin and the vermouth to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
- Shake or stir for about 15 seconds.
- Add a dash of bitters
- Strain into a chilled Martini glass, add the lemon and olive to garnish and serve.
