Tom Collins Recipe
Ingredients
- 50 ml Wicstun Dry Gin
- 25 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- Soda water, to top up
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slice and cherry, to garnish
Method
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add the gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
- Stir well to mix.
- Top up with soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry.

Dry Gin Martini Recipe
Ingredients
- 60 ml Wicstun Dry Gin
- 10 ml dry vermouth
- Ice cubes
- Lemon twist or green olive, to garnish
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.
- Add the gin and dry vermouth.
- Stir for about 30 seconds until chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist for freshness or a green olive for a classic touch.
Tip:

I've now had four bottles of this gin and I can honestly say for my taste, this is the best Dry Gin I have ever tasted. I have also ordered this gin for presents for friends and family because its such good quality and flavour. I know the gin flavour is very personal - but for me, this is the best.
Didn’t want to open the bottle originally as I was fortunate enough to get one signed by the band, but honestly MY GOD what a beautiful drink, never had a sipping vodka as tasty and as smooth as this, also mixes very well with most drinks! 10 out of 10, please never stop making this drink, I’m now a regular customer.
To be honest, I am not a vodka drinker, GIN is my tipple, but I am a big fan of The Feeling so wanted to get a bottle (especially if it was signed) so ordered 2
