We meticulously select a combination of five premium spices to create our signature Spiced Rum: Cinnamon, Star Anise, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, and Vanilla. Each of these spices imparts a unique and harmonious depth of flavour to our rum. The warmth of cinnamon, the exotic aroma of star anise, the subtle heat of black pepper, the rich nuttiness of nutmeg, and the sweet essence of vanilla combine to create a symphony of tastes that dance on your palate.

The rum itself starts with a base of Caribbean light rum, which we carefully infuse with these hand-selected spices. The result is a Spiced Rum that boasts complexity, balance, and a delightful finish.
