- Muddle the sugar cube and bitters in an old-fashioned glass.
- Add ice and pour the Caribbean Honey Rum over the ice.

Rum Old Fashioned
- 50ml Dark Rum
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- few dashes of orange bitters
- ice
- strip of orange peel to garnish
