Restaurant Myse Awarded First Michelin Star - 1 April 2024|
We are so pleased that Josh and Vicky Overington, one of our customers, have been awarded their first Michelin Star for Restaurant Myse, which is based in the North Yorkshire Village of Hovingham.
The restaurant offers a tasting menu with a focus on ingredients sourced in the UK, particularly North Yorkshire, the restaurant's home county.
Josh has been using our Caribbean Dark Rum in one of his desserts, Flambéed Medlar Cake, since opening the restaurant in 2023.
Wicstun Distillery owners Lisa and Jago have had the privilege of eating at the restaurant, which was a fantastic experience. The food was beautiful, and the atmosphere was welcoming.
