Ingredients:
50ml Wicstun Toffee Vodka
25ml coffee liqueur
25ml freshly brewed espresso
Coffee beans for garnish
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.

Wowzer! There’s nothing like a WICSTUN’s Toffee vodka to get the Kitchen Disco going. Once opened, it seems to go down rather quickly in my house. Like a wonderful dessert and alcohol combo. Keep distilling, WICSTUN’s!

I was offered a taste of this salted caramel vodka at a craft fair in Hawes. It was simply wonderful and I went inside and bought a bottle immediately. Highly recommend this vodka to anyone who enjoys a sweet, crisp drink.
