Full Product Description

We are excited to introduce our very first small-batch, cask-aged golden rum proudly fermented and distilled from scratch right here in the heart of East Yorkshire. Crafted with love by our family and friends at our artisan distillery, this premium release is made from 100% pure fermented molasses and cane muscovado sugar, bringing a rich and authentic depth to every bottle.
After a lot of care and attention during distillation we let our spirit rest in hand-selected ex-bourbon casks, made from oak and cherry wood. This is where the magic happens, letting the rum breathe and soak up all that character!

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Warm amber
Nose: The dark molasses is beautifully balanced with the sweet, charred oak from the casks.
Taste: Caramel and vanilla take centre stage, followed by a whisper of smoky wood making a smooth, full-bodied experience.
Finish: A long and velvety cosy warmth of toasted oak and molasses.

Our Production Process

Pure Molasses and Cane Sugar Fermentation: We start with rich molasses and cane muscovado sugar, slowly fermented to develop a complex delicious flavour.

We distil in small batches using traditional methods so we can keep a close eye on the quality of each drop.

We age the rum in authentic ex-bourbon casks, marrying the rugged spirit of Yorkshire with the classic characteristics of American oak.

Whether you enjoy it neat, over ice, or as the star of a premium cocktail, this is Yorkshire craftsmanship you can taste.
