Matty Edgell, The 2023 Bake Off Winner, Uses Wicstun Rum. - 29 January 2024

We are excited that the Winner of the 2023 Great British Bake Off is going to be using some of the Wicstun Distillery Rum in a few of his new cakes over the coming weeks.

Matty Edgell is a PE teacher based in Cambridgeshire who loves baking and was a clear favourite of the Bake Off fans even though he called himself the "Underdog".

Wicstun Distillery has supplied Matty with Caribbean Dark Rum and a Spiced Rum for him to use in his cooking.

Matty has asked his followers on Instagram for suggestions as to what he should cook using the two different Rums.
